This Privacy Policy describes how WhitegloveAI LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit crezoa.com or use the Crezoa platform and its related sites (the “Service”). Crezoa is owned and operated by WhitegloveAI LLC.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Name, email address, phone number and mailing address
• Company name, job title and professional information
• Account sign-in information. When you sign in with Google, we receive only your email address, basic profile information (name and profile picture) and a Google account identifier. We never receive your Google password.
• Payment and billing information, where applicable to your organization’s agreement
• Communications you send us, including support requests
• Business records that you or your organization enter into the Service, such as contacts, companies, properties, deals, leases, documents, invoices and related records

Information collected automatically

• Device information, such as browser type, operating system and device identifiers
• Log data, such as IP address, access times, pages viewed and referring URL
• Usage data, such as features used and preferences
• Audit history: significant actions in the Service are recorded so your organization can see who changed what and when

2. Google user data

If you choose “Sign in with Google,” Crezoa requests only the openid, email and profile scopes. We use that information solely to identify you, create and secure your session, and match you to the invitation your organization issued. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google service data.

Crezoa’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or as needed to operate the Service. You can revoke Crezoa’s access at any time in your Google Account security settings.

• Providing, maintaining, securing and improving the Service
• Authenticating users and enforcing role-based access
• Processing transactions and sending related information
• Sending communications that you or your organization stage in the Service
• Generating drafts and suggestions with automated assistants. These are held for human approval before they take effect.
• Responding to comments, questions and requests
• Detecting, investigating and preventing security incidents
• Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our terms

4. Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it:

• With service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, database, email delivery, document signing and AI processing, under obligations to protect it

Business records entered by an organization are controlled by that organization. We process them on its behalf under its agreement with us.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

This marketing site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. It loads the Manrope font from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address and request details to Google when a page loads. The Crezoa application uses cookies and local storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences.

9. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@whitegloveai.com and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

We operate in the United States. If you access the Service from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date.
